that are subject to early termination)
● Lease and Rental Documents (handles and provides lease and rental documents. Ensure that tenant
and owners signatures are obtained. Rental documents include: Lease, Property condition checklist, mold
addendum, crime addendum, smoke-free addendum, Tenant Laws and regulations, and etc.)
● Lease Renewal Process (Have knowledge of all tenant’s lease end dates and ensure lease renewals are
conducted within state law time-frames)

● Lease Enforcement (Ensure all tenants are well informed on owner’s lease expectations, and handle

● Cleaning Services (Professional cleaning conducted for tenants move-ins and move-outs, also cleaning
provided from any other necessary reasons, separate fee for cleaning services
