About

          Ebonika is the youngest of her family. She has always had a passion for helping others and during her teen years she worked in Residential Home Care while still going through school. At the age of 19 Ebonika began her state career working with civilly committed mental patients on McNeil Island. It was there that her skills were put to the test. Ebonika was one the first to be a certified instructor for a Crisis Intervention Team which helps train law enforcement across the state in 2016. It was also during this time that she began managing properties on the side.

          After years of hard work and dedication Ebonika’s property management expanded to a larger scale in the Greater Puget Sound Area helping people once again. Ebonika provides several options for property owners from Lease-Only to Full-Ongoing Monthly Management Services. She maintains the highest standards to ensure that the properties are occupied with respectful and responsible tenants. Her objectives while managing the properties are to maximize the return on the investment for the owner’s while accomplishing their goals. 

     
      In addition to Property Management Ebonika is also a licensed Real Estate Agent. She is ready and willing to help anyone who would like to buy or sell a home.
