About Me
Hello my name is Ebonika Hudson,
My goal is to provide excellent detailed-oriented property management services. Four years ago, I started providing a Lease-Only service for a townhome that was
located in Tacoma Washington. I was also managing an Airbnb in Seattle while working my full-time job for the state which helps our community. During this time, I realized that I can help my community in another way. My passion to help others was and is continually being demonstrated through property management. I am dedicated to learning all that I can so I that I can be knowledgeable of the entire real estate process. I use this knowledge to benefit both the property owner(s) and tenant(s) so that they may
find a place to call home.
I’m experienced in providing Lease-Only and Full-Ongoing Monthly Management Services - for single,
and multi-family dwellings (which includes apartment complexes, and condominiums). My mission is to
help maximize the owners return on investment and help accomplish their short as well as long-term goals. While maintaining the highest standards in regards to ethics and professionalism, I work tirelessly to ensure that properties are occupied with respectable tenants/owners. The objective is to have tenants/owner who consistently make rental and HOA payments on time, has a clear background, is financially responsible and will remain a tenant/owner for years to come. I aspire to benefit property owners by maintaining fundamentals and expanding the financial health of their investments.
For those who would like to transition from renting a home to buying a home or even selling I also provide Real Estate Services. I am a certified and licensed broker. So when the time is right I am there to help tenants and owners take the next steps to better themselves. I am here to assist anyone from first time buyers to those individuals who are relocating.
